• Authored org-wide npm packages — reusable Angular Material components (a custom paginator & table styler) now used in every data table across the organization, eliminating duplicated code and cutting per-feature development effort.
• Built a request-caching layer keyed on URL + payload for infrequently-updated data, reducing redundant API calls, server load and database connections.
• Designed a throttled cron-based deletion architecture for object storage — queues user-requested file deletions and processes them gradually so slow OSS removal never overwhelms the system.
• Interviewed candidates and mentored bench consultants between client engagements.

On the UNIFIED team delivering to CHOICE (Canara HSBC Life Insurance), I automated document-heavy insurance workflows that agents previously did entirely by hand.

• Automated Aadhaar masking, PAN extraction, account-statement reads and minimum-balance checks (via the bank rule engine) — cutting an agent's manual process from ~7 days to ~1 day.
• Document data-extraction pipeline reached 99.5% read accuracy, plus DEQC handling for multi-insured policies.

• Shipped 50+ conversational bots across banking, payments, ticketing and feedback — including for Axis Bank, Hero FinCorp, Mamaearth and 6thStreet.
• The Axis Bank bot served 2M+ users by the time I left.
• Authored the team's reusable bot generator, published on npm (generator-gupshup-bot-ck), which cut initial bot setup from ~3 days to a few hours.

• Built CRM integrations with Zoho, Zendesk, HighLevel, Outreach and more; owned API creation, cron management and database handling.
• Sole engineer on migrating the JustCall Android app (1M+ users, 20M+ business messages) to AndroidX, and implemented its merge-calls feature.
• Improved frontend UX with reduced clicks, micro-interactions and dedicated loading screens using custom JS & CSS.
